Plastic Molding

Capabilities include thermoplastic injection molding, thermoset injection molding, thermoset transfer/compression molding and insert molding.  Materials include both engineered and commodity type plastics ranging from flexible thermoplastic elastomers to highly reinforced engineered resins.  Resident engineering with expertise in material selection, mold design and product design is a key advantage. We can utilize Pro E, Solidworks and a wide array of other software packages and can design the final product based on a conceptual idea or simply assist in the customers efforts.  We can transfer existing molds to produce the required parts or arrange for molds to be build at domestic or offshore sources.  These sources have been developed over many years and are of excellent caliber.
